The Via Algarviana (‘Algarve Way’) is a 300 kilometre (186 mile) trail stretching the entire width of the Algarve.
The undulating route threads its way through the hills from the Spanish border in the east to the Atlantic Coast in the west.
The trail starts in Alcoutim and ends at Cabo de São Vicente (Cape St Vincent) in the far west.
